At NavjuWorks, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

1. No Refund on Digital Purchases

Since digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked once downloaded or accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Templates

  • Scripts or code files

  • Digital tools

  • E-books, guides, or PDFs

  • Courses, videos, or training material

  • Design or downloadable assets

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

A refund may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical/payment system error

  • You did not receive product access after successful payment

To request an exception, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase with:

  • Order ID / screenshot

  • Email used for purchase

  • Clear reason for the request

Approval is not guaranteed and is reviewed case-by-case.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Transactions

If a duplicate payment is proven through valid transaction proof, we will refund the duplicate amount only.

4. Product Support & Fixes

If you face any difficulty using the product, contact us for help. We will provide assistance, clarification, or fixes if needed, instead of issuing a refund.
