Who we are
NavjuWorks offers digital products only, which are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping. Because digital items cannot be returned or “unused,” we do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges once a product is delivered or access has been granted.
1. Non-Returnable Items
All digital goods are permanently non-returnable, including:
- Templates, scripts, and tools
- Downloads or access-based content
- PDF, e-book, and video-based learning material
2. Delivery or Access Issues
If you did not receive the product after successful payment or the access link is not working, contact us within 3 days using your purchase email and payment proof. We will re-send or fix delivery at no extra cost.
3. Technical Problems
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not opening, we will provide a replacement file or updated version only after validating the issue. This is considered support, not a return.
4. Unauthorized Purchases
We are not responsible for purchases made using someone else’s device, card, or account without permission.
